Chicken Souvlaki

INGREDIENTS

  1. Chicken, uncooked and cut into pieces
  2. Olive oil
  3. Garlic
  4. Greek spice
  5. Seasoning salt
  6. Skewers (soaked in water for 15 minutes)
  7. Garlic butter
  8. Lemon
  9. Salt

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken overnight in olive oil, garlic, Greek spice and seasoning salt
  2. When you’re ready to cook, put the chicken pieces onto the skewers
  3. In a pan add garlic butter and oil; heat
  4. Put the chicken skewers into the pan; every time you flip them add a bit of seasoning salt and squeeze fresh lemon juice on top
  5. When chicken is fully cooked, serve on their own or as part of a full meal (makes a great protein for pita wraps!)
