INGREDIENTS
- Chicken, uncooked and cut into pieces
- Olive oil
- Garlic
- Greek spice
- Seasoning salt
- Skewers (soaked in water for 15 minutes)
- Garlic butter
- Lemon
- Salt
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken overnight in olive oil, garlic, Greek spice and seasoning salt
- When you’re ready to cook, put the chicken pieces onto the skewers
- In a pan add garlic butter and oil; heat
- Put the chicken skewers into the pan; every time you flip them add a bit of seasoning salt and squeeze fresh lemon juice on top
- When chicken is fully cooked, serve on their own or as part of a full meal (makes a great protein for pita wraps!)
