- Uncooked frog legs
- Salt & pepper
- Garlic powder
- Sprinkle frog legs with salt, pepper and garlic. Flip and repeat.
- Dredge the frog legs in flour
- Add oil and butter to pan, and heat until butter is melted
- Add seasoned frog legs to pan and fry until the coating is crispy and golden brown
- Finish cooking the legs by putting them in the oven until the meat is firm
