INGREDIENTS
- Oil (vegetable, canola, olive, etc.)
- Kolbassa
- Butter
- Spaetzle noodles
- Sauerkraut
- White wine
- Grainy mustard
Instructions
- Add oil to pan; heat
- Place kolbassa into pan to heat and sear, turning regularly
- In a separate pan, add butter and melt; add spaetzle noodles; stir occasionally
- Add sauerkraut to the kolbassa pan; add white wine and finish cooking
- When kolbassa is seared all around, remove and slice
- Once the spaetzle is cooked, plate and top with sliced kolbassa and sauerkraut
- Add grainy mustard to the side of the plate for added flavour
