Kolbassa

INGREDIENTS

  1. Oil (vegetable, canola, olive, etc.)
  2. Kolbassa
  3. Butter
  4. Spaetzle noodles
  5. Sauerkraut
  6. White wine
  7. Grainy mustard

Instructions

  1. Add oil to pan; heat
  2. Place kolbassa into pan to heat and sear, turning regularly
  3. In a separate pan, add butter and melt; add spaetzle noodles; stir occasionally
  4. Add sauerkraut to the kolbassa pan; add white wine and finish cooking
  5. When kolbassa is seared all around, remove and slice
  6. Once the spaetzle is cooked, plate and top with sliced kolbassa and sauerkraut
  7. Add grainy mustard to the side of the plate for added flavour
