Ploughman’s Lunch

INGREDIENTS

  1. Pork pâté (cooked)
  2. Lettuce
  3. English Saxon Shire Cheddar cheese
  4. Egg, hard-boiled
  5. Pickles
  6. Olive oil
  7. Salt
  8. Bread, toasted
  9. Hot mustard

Instructions

  1. Garnish plate with lettuce
  2. Place two pieces of pork pâté on top of lettuce
  3. Place slices of English Cheddar on plate
  4. Slice the hard-boiled egg; add to plate
  5. Add pickles and other vegetables of choice
  6. Drizzle ingredients with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt
  7. Add toast to plate and serve with hot mustardpate
